This little robin is built the traditional way - copper foil wrapped around each hand-cut piece of glass, then joined with bright silver solder. The rich red breast sits in deep ruby glass, offset by deep brown wings and a soft cream underbelly, with the solder lines doing double duty as both structure and feather detail.

It's a compact, well-balanced little piece - full of character despite its size, and finished with a ribbon ready to hang.
